Direct to Film — done in our own workshop
The design is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder and heat-pressed into the fabric. It handles photographic designs, neon colours and fine details in full colour with no per-colour surcharge. Bonds to cotton, polyester and blends.

The laser vaporises a thin layer of material, making the design a permanent part of the item. On metal it creates an elegant contrast (on bottles and thermo mugs often a shiny-metal-under-paint effect), on wood a natural dark grain.

the classic for large runs
Ink is pushed through a stencil (screen) — each colour needs its own screen. At high volumes it is unbeatably cheap per piece, with rich, durable colours.
Lowest per-piece price at hundreds to thousands of units, vivid spot colours (Pantone).
Large runs of T-shirts and bags, simpler logos up to 1–4 colours.
tampoprint
A silicone pad transfers ink from an etched plate even onto curved or tiny surfaces. The decades-proven standard for printing small promotional items.

premium textile look
The design is stitched directly into the fabric by an industrial embroidery machine. It looks luxurious and dimensional, lasts the garment’s lifetime and survives industrial washing.

High heat turns the ink into gas that bonds directly into polyester fibres or a special coating. The design isn’t on the surface — it’s in the material.

Digital printing with special inks instantly cured by UV light. Prints full colour directly onto plastic, metal, wood or glass, including white underprint and a 3D varnish effect.

complementary techniques
Blind embossing presses the design into leather or paper without ink — very subtle and premium. Heat-transfer foils (flex/flock) are cut from coloured film and pressed onto textiles — great for names and numbers.
Embossing: luxurious minimalism. Flex: crisp single-colour designs, name personalisation.
